Our house
Félicité & Compagnie
Real estate evolves, values are passed on.

Our spirit
Félicité & Cie stands for a personal, independent and responsible approach to real estate. A house on a human scale, it favours personal relationships and the involvement of professionals who know intimately the assets entrusted to them. Its family heritage does not hold it in the past: it commits the house. It transmits a sense of responsibility, of a word given and of a long-term vision. To this standard are added the freedom of action of an entrepreneurial structure, the rigour of estate management and the will to enhance every asset with discernment. Digital tools strengthen the quality of follow-up, without ever replacing the human relationship. Performance is built with measure, transparency and the conviction that today’s decisions shape tomorrow’s legacy.
Our heritage
Our story takes root in the career of Pierre Félicité-Ivanès, a pioneer of condominium ownership in Switzerland and founder, in 1962, of Gerofinance. Builder, property manager and entrepreneur, he contributed for several decades to the development of housing in French-speaking Switzerland, with equal respect for owners and tenants. His son, Jérôme Félicité, carried this entrepreneurial spirit forward by transforming the family company into a group of more than 500 employees. With Félicité & Cie, he now chooses to return to a human-scale structure and to rediscover a more personal and responsible approach to real estate, founded on clarity, commitment and the long term. A way of building on solid values, of preserving what matters and of passing it on to the next generation — his children Margaux, Inès and Alexandre.

Our outlook
Accountability
Putting our name to a house means personally answering for the decisions we make and the quality of the work we deliver. This standard guides our relationship with owners as much as with tenants, with the same concern for fairness.
Clarity
Trust rests on clear information, explained choices and a word that never hides difficulties. It means standing by our convictions, even at the cost of turning down a mandate that would not match this ethic.
The long term
Every decision must preserve the quality and value of an asset beyond immediate return — managing, developing and enhancing to prepare what can be durably passed on.
