A graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School, Jérôme Félicité has worked in real estate for nearly thirty years. He began his career at Cardis in 1998, then joined his father's business in 2006, spending twenty years helping build a group that became one of the leading players in French-speaking Switzerland. Both a hands-on entrepreneur and a strategist, he has deep expertise across the full spectrum of real estate: property management, transactions, development, construction and investment.

Partner at the law firm Poncet Turrettini in Geneva, Garen Ucari has nearly twenty years of experience in banking criminal law advisory and litigation. A law graduate from the University of Lausanne, he was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2007 and has been a partner at Poncet Turrettini since 2016. A Certified Specialist SBA Criminal Law, he regularly acts in complex civil and criminal cases, as well as in mutual legal assistance in criminal and tax matters. He also conducts internal investigations and represents banking institutions.

Steeped in real estate from a family of developers, Yaël Tavel-Nespolo has built her career in brokerage and in the development and marketing of new-build projects. As head of this department, she has guided developers and private clients through projects of every scale, from individual villas to entire eco-districts, combining strategy, negotiation and sales with an in-depth understanding of local markets.

Massimo Ricci has built his career at the crossroads of property management, advisory and business development. A recognised specialist in condominium administration in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud, he has developed deep knowledge of buildings, owners' expectations and the balances required to preserve an asset's value over the long term. Now Business Development Director, he has extended his scope to real estate development as well as client advisory and support.

Fully trilingual in French, English and German, Nicole Müller has spent over 13 years in the world of luxury and prestige. She built solid experience within a renowned family office, developing sharp expertise in project management, events and the support of a demanding, international clientele. For the past six years, she has put this know-how to work in real estate marketing and communications, specialising in brand development, partnership management, and the direction of marketing, event and press projects.

A graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School and holder of an MBA in Finance and Management Control from HEC Geneva, Jean-Mathieu Reynaud brings solid experience in financial management. His career has taken him from prestige hospitality to the world of luxury, before joining the real estate sector, whose challenges he has known intimately for more than fifteen years.

An experienced human resources professional, Céline Thomas has spent many years working in managerial roles for leading real estate players in French-speaking Switzerland. Her deep understanding of the sector allows her to grasp both its professions and its human and organisational challenges.

A graduate of the École hôtelière de Genève following a culinary apprenticeship, Arthur Leclerc has spent nearly 14 years working across the hospitality, luxury, and real estate sectors. After time at the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie and the Ritz Paris, he joined a leading wine and spirits auction house, where he directed operations before heading its Asian office in Singapore. With the Private Office, he advises families and private clients on managing and developing their real estate assets, offering a tailored approach grounded in service excellence and the art of living.

With more than nine years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland, Valon Haliti specialises in income-property transactions as well as the appraisal and valuation of real estate assets. He supports owners and investors through their transactions, drawing on in-depth market knowledge, rigorous analysis and a strategic approach. His confidential, tailored support aims to identify levers for value creation and to best defend his clients' interests.

Andrea Maggiori trained in business after earning a Swiss federal certificate (CFC) as an office employee and gaining experience in Canada. He began his career in real estate, where he discovered the agency's various professions. After extended service in the Swiss Army, he specialised in rental property management and condominium administration, earned the Immobase diploma, and rounded out his experience with a stint at a general contracting firm. He moved into brokerage in 2023.

Trained in graphic design and holder of a bachelor's degree in communications, Mathieu Bolomey first built a career in creative work, marketing and entrepreneurship, eventually running his own company. He then turned to real estate, completed further training with USPI, and successively worked as a sales assistant, broker and then new-build project coordinator.

A holder of a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency (CFC) as a commercial employee, Giovanna Cerino began her career at the Société Générale de Surveillance before gaining experience in sectors as varied as healthcare, cosmetics and tourism. In 2008, she joined Gerofinance Courtage SA, where she successively held positions in sales, marketing and as executive assistant. This extensive experience has given her a thorough understanding of the organisation and the professions of real estate, along with strong expertise in administrative follow-up and coordination.
