When you consult our site, cookies and other similar technologies may be placed or read on your device. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer, tablet or phone. It makes it possible in particular to remember your privacy choices and, where you have consented, to measure traffic or display certain content provided by third parties.

These technologies may be implemented directly by Félicité & Compagnie SA or by third-party providers acting on our behalf.

These deposits are essential to remember your privacy choice and, on form pages, to check that the submission comes from a person. They cannot be switched off through our preference-management tool. You may nevertheless configure your browser to block them, with the risk that the banner will reappear on every visit or that a form can no longer be sent.

One cookie is set without prior consent: felicite-consent, which remembers your cookie choice for six months. Without it, your choice could not be remembered and the banner would reappear on every visit.

Alongside it sits one entry in your browser's local storage, felicite-consent-choice, whose only role is to display your current choice on the "Gérer les cookies" button. It never leaves your device and is sent to no one.

Where bot protection is configured, pages carrying a form load Cloudflare Turnstile, a component that checks the request comes from a person and not a robot. It sets no first-party cookie: it computes a token submitted along with the form, and nothing else. This protection cannot be switched off — the forms would otherwise be published undefended. Until it is configured, this service does not appear in the preference-management tool.

Where audience measurement is configured on this site, the tool used is Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). It is used to understand how the site is consulted, identify the most visited pages, detect possible technical issues and improve the browsing experience. Until it is configured, no audience-measurement cookie is set and this service does not appear in the preference-management tool.

When it is active, and only after your agreement, this site sets Google Analytics 4 first-party cookies: _ga (2 years), which distinguishes visits, and _ga_ followed by the measurement ID (2 years), which persists session state. They are never set before you have given your agreement, and are deleted if you withdraw that consent.

This tool is loaded only after your choice has been recorded in our preference-management tool. Google Analytics 4 does not record the IP address in audience reports. The retention period for audience-measurement data in the tool (14 months at most) is stated in the privacy policy.

Subject to your preferences, this site may display content hosted by a third party. Today, the only such service is the interactive map on the Contact page.

On the Contact page, an interactive map is loaded from Google Maps servers only after explicit consent; until then, that location displays instead a link that opens the itinerary in a new tab. Once loaded, that content is subject to Google's own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.

If other external services are later integrated, this policy and the preference-management tool will be updated accordingly, and those services will be activated only after your choice where consent is required.

At the launch of the site, no cookie, pixel or similar technology for advertising or campaign tracking (including Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) is used. If such tools are later implemented, they will be used only with your consent where consent is required, and this policy and the preference-management tool will be updated accordingly.

On your first visit, a banner and then a preference-management tool allow you to accept or refuse cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary. Optional cookies are activated only after your choice has been recorded. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent access to the essential content of the site. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking the "Gérer les cookies" button (icon at the bottom right of every page). Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal. You may also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. These settings vary according to the browser and device used.

The lifetime of cookies depends on their nature and purpose. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while others may be kept for a set period. The names, purposes and durations of each service also appear, service by service, in the preference-management tool. Your cookie choice is kept for six months, after which you may be asked to renew your preferences. You may also be asked to renew them in the event of a substantial change to the tools used.

Certain providers of audience-measurement, external-content or advertising services may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Economic Area or the United States. Further information on those transfers and the safeguards in place appears in the privacy policy, under "Hosting and transfers of data abroad".

You are not required to accept audience-measurement cookies, non-essential functional cookies or advertising cookies in order to consult the essential content of our site. Where certain external content cannot be displayed without transmitting data to its provider, it remains disabled until you have expressly authorised it.

This policy may be adapted to reflect the evolution of our tools. The version in force is the one published on this page. Last updated: August 2026.
