Why Félicité & Compagnie?

By Jérôme FélicitéPublished on 2 min read

Félicité & Cie was born from a conviction: to transform real estate, we must sometimes return to what our profession should never have lost.

Ethics before volume. Quality before growth. A given word before commercial promises. And the freedom to decline a mandate when it does not align with our standards or our way of working.

I grew up in this world. My father, Pierre Félicité, founded Gerofinance in 1962 and helped make this firm a reference in Geneva. Through him, I learned that real estate is not merely about assets or transactions. It involves places, stories and decisions whose effects sometimes span several generations.

I developed the family business into a group of over 500 employees. This experience taught me a great deal, but above all it convinced me that another model remained possible: more independent, more agile, more personal. A model in which a client is not a number but a face, a property not a profit but an estate.

With Félicité & Cie, I want to challenge the habits of our sector, not through excess, but through rigour. We no longer seek to be the largest. We want to defend our convictions, build our actions for the long term and choose the projects to which we can bring genuine value.

This new firm bears my name. A bold choice, but one that personally commits me as well as my entire family. It also carries the promise of continuity with my children, Margaux, Inès and Alexandre, who are already involved, closely or from afar, ready to write its next chapter.

Félicité & Cie thus marks a return to essentials: operating freely, acting responsibly and building.

Real estate evolves, values endure.
